A few helpful answers
Before we make
some memories.
Everything you might want to know before your shoot.
How do we reserve a shoot?
Start with your package, preferred date, and a few details about your plans. Eligible standard packages can proceed to payment after you accept the agreement. At least 50% must be manually verified to confirm your booking. You’re welcome to pay in full; any remaining balance is due on shoot day.
What if our preferred time is unavailable?
You can still send an inquiry for a blocked time. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll see what may be possible. It’s a request for review, so please wait for an approved quote before paying. Same-day bookings aren’t available.
Which package would suit our shoot?
Here’s a quick guide to help you choose.
- Small event coverage ₱10,000
- 1–4 hours of photography for up to 30 guests.
- Event photo + video ₱28,000
- Up to four hours with one photographer and one videographer. Includes selected edited event photos, one 30–60 second reel, and one 1–3 minute highlights video.
- On-location portraits ₱15,000
- Up to four hours and three layouts, with an assistant and a speedlight or reflector.
- Shoot with lighting ₱20,000
- Up to four hours and three layouts, with an assistant and Nanlite or studio lighting. Suitable for portraits, interiors, food, or products.
Your edited photographs
Portrait and lighting sessions include 5–10 selected edits per layout, or 15–30 for three layouts. We love sharing a little more whenever we can, so you may find a few extra edited photos in your gallery as a little bonus.
For larger events
We recommend another photographer for each additional 30 guests: ₱8,000 each for up to four hours, plus ₱1,250 per extra hour beyond four. This is added to the main package’s extra-hour rate.
Additional videographers are ₱8,000 each for up to four hours, then ₱1,250 per additional hour. Crew availability and video deliverables are confirmed in your quote. Video RAW files are not included.
Need more time?
- Event photography or portraits: ₱2,250/hour
- With a lighting setup: ₱3,000/hour
- Photo + video team: ₱4,500/hour
Extra hours selected when booking are added automatically to your estimate. Extensions on the day need our agreement and availability.
Not sure which fits? Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll help you choose.
What counts as a layout?
One outfit or one distinct production setup counts as a layout. Portrait and lighting packages include up to three. If you have more in mind, share your plans and we’ll prepare a custom quote so there’s enough time for each setup.
What’s included in the lighting setup?
We bring the agreed Nanlite or studio lighting and an assistant. A black or white backdrop is included if needed. Colored backdrops cost extra, and we’ll confirm the amount first. Styling, props, set design, and studio rental aren’t included. You’re welcome to arrange these yourself, or tell us what help you need so we can discuss it.
Do you travel for shoots?
Yes, out-of-town and international shoots are welcome!
Local transportation is included within Manila, Makati, Pasay, Taguig/BGC, Mandaluyong, Quezon City, San Juan, and Pasig. Outside these cities, an additional transportation fee may apply. For nearby locations, this may simply cover gas and applicable tolls.
For trips requiring further travel, clients cover the following for our agreed team:
- Airfare and other travel fares
- Accommodation for overnight stays
- Local transportation, including airport transfers and trips between the accommodation and shoot venue
- Meals or an agreed food budget
We’ll confirm the arrangements and costs together before booking.
Can we share editing preferences?
Of course. My editing leans warm and natural-looking. If you prefer a different feel, mention it in “Tell me about your project.” A few references can help us discuss what will work before the shoot. We’ll consider your preferences while keeping a consistent look; an exact match to another photographer’s style isn’t guaranteed.
How much retouching is included?
For events, I keep things natural: color, exposure, tones, and light skin cleanup where needed. Slimming, reshaping, and photo manipulation aren’t included in standard event coverage. For portrait and lighting sessions, selected photographs include moderate retouching and subtle adjustments that suit the image. I preserve natural texture and proportions, so extreme changes or an overly airbrushed look aren’t my style. Additional manipulation beyond the included scope is ₱1,000 per set of five photographs, after we agree on what’s feasible.
When will our photographs and videos be ready?
I know it’s exciting to see the photos, and we’ll try to send them as early as we can.
- Event photographs: 3–5 business days
- Portrait and lighting-package edits, including interiors, food, and products: 5–10 business days
- Standard reels and highlights: 5–10 business days
- Complex editing: 10–20 business days
Complex editing includes extensive retouching, photo manipulation, or video editing beyond the standard package, identified in your agreed scope before booking. Additional work requested later may change the delivery date, which we’ll agree with you first.
Rush editing is ₱3,500 when we can accommodate your deadline. Business days exclude weekends and Philippine public holidays.
Can we request unedited files?
Yes. Tick the unedited-files option and choose camera RAW / Sony ARW, unedited JPEG, or both. ARW is a camera RAW format that needs compatible software; an unedited JPEG is easier to open but isn’t a RAW file. Please provide your own hard drive and cover shipping once the files are ready. We’ll coordinate the format, any JPEG conversion, and handover with you.
How long can we download our gallery?
Your Google Drive gallery is available for one calendar month from delivery. Please download the full set and keep a backup so you can enjoy it long after the link expires. After that window, another copy costs ₱3,000 only if we still have the files. If they’ve been deleted, we won’t be able to provide another copy, so saving them early is best.
What should we prepare for the team?
A little coordination goes a long way: please share venue access details and your schedule. We usually arrive 30–60 minutes before the shoot to prepare. If you need us more than one hour early, we’ll include the additional charge in your quote. Meals during mealtimes and suitable snacks or refreshments for the booked team are appreciated and should be arranged for the coverage schedule.
